Your brand pays advertising spend, payment gateway fees, shipping charges and other third-party costs directly to the respective providers. These are business expenses, not Socioshoot add-ons. Social media, packing and shipping management are not included.

We cover the website hosting cost on our hosting as part of the Launch package. You buy and renew your own domain. We help connect it to the website.
No. Our monthly fee is for management and is calculated using your monthly advertising spend. Your ad budget is paid separately to the advertising platforms. 18% GST is charged on our setup and management fees.
No. We help with Shiprocket setup, where applicable. You manage inventory, packing, shipping operations, order fulfilment, customer support and returns. Your brand pays shipping charges directly to the shipping provider.
We assist with setting up and connecting the payment gateway to your ecommerce website. You provide the required business documents and complete verification. Account approval is handled by the provider. Your brand pays payment gateway charges directly to the provider.
Social media management is not included. Additional website features can be developed on request and are charged separately after the scope and price are agreed.
The next slab applies. For example, ₹1,00,000 monthly spend has a ₹10,000 management fee; ₹1,00,001 falls in the next slab with a ₹15,000 fee. Both fees are before GST.
